Mindful Eating: a guide to rediscovering a healthy and joyful relationship with food

This book by Jan Chozen Bays is very instructive and revealing. It approaches eating with full awareness and explains all the types of hungers: mouth hunger, stomach hunger, mind hunger, and much more. It includes a CD to walk you through exercises to be more mindful about hunger and eating. Though I am still reading and digesting the content slowly, I would very much recommend this book for those of us who use eating to satisfy many different hungers. (submitted by ZZ)
