The Cure for Everything: untangling the twisted messages about health, fitness, and happiness

Great book. University of Alberta professor Timothy Caulfield looks at what the evidence says versus all the messages we get about how to be healthy and fit…very eye-opening. I liked the way he really threw himself into researching this book, using himself as a guinea pig for what works and what doesn’t for some entertaining anecdotes.  I learned a lot about my own misconceptions regarding fitness, diet, genetics, and remedies.
